Started some spring reorganizing!

The kids are having growth spurts so I’m weeding out what doesn’t fit and dividing it into freecycle vs keep in storage piles. This also means I have to dig up the bin of the next size up hand me downs so I have a place for the outgrown clothes. oiy. Next month I’m going to invest in those vacuum pack storage things I think, because we practically own stock in tupperware bins and they’re becoming cumbersome to move.

Kids STILL have neverending colds. Finally scheduled an appt to have Bruce looked at since I’m taking ollie in for his 4 month appt tomorrow anyway. Their noses need spring cleaning (ewwwww)

Kids loved their easter egg hunt at their mummi and papa’s house. I stuffed eggs w/ jelly belly’s, hershey kisses, and stickers. Papa did a couple w/ money and some skittles ones as well. They tore through the house but were not careful lookers. ha ha. They also got kinder eggs (chocolate eggs with a plastic egg hidden inside w/ a cool mini toy in it). they are german maybe or european at least. Got Lily a cute little summer dress and bruce a pair of shorts w/ matching tee…bubbles..coloring books….. yada yada…it was fun.

Anyway, we’re trying to get out and enjoy the sun, depending on how energetic they feel. They are getting a little…”frisky” and have been testing boundaries a great deal this week. I think all the time feeling ick, causing the forced reduction of out of house time, have made them grumpy. and judging from my reaction to them I’m also grumpy

Anyway, hip hip horay for spring. flowers are growing, the sun shines and baseball is on tv.

now if only the red sox would start winning…..
