YUM-Pumpkin spice cake

Buy a box of spice cake mix
Buy a can of pumpkin filling (NOT Pie filling, there is some difference b/w pumpkin pie filling and just prepared pumpkin in a can, go figure)
dump mix in bowl
dump can in bowl
mix with electric mixer (trust me NOT by hand)
put in bundt pan
bake for 38-40 minutes
when it cools, sprinkle a little confectioners sugar over it and eat up.
oh my gosh, so so so so so yummy and moist and low fat (no eggs no oil)
and cheap.
and the bundt pan makes it look nice and you don’t need frosting for it.
I didn’t know I liked pumpkin flavored things, but I now realize I just dislike pumpkin pie- its a texture and presentation thing…yuck.
