One of the blogs I skim had an interesting article about making sure moms get into the pictures of their families, something I think about form time to time (link). I spend alot of time taking approximately 1 gazillion pictures of my kids and yet there are very few of me with them.
Sometimes this is because when I am in the pictures I think, really? what’s up with my hair…outfit….facial expression….etc.
Sometimes its just a matter of practicality, we own a very expensive camera (awesome 30th b-day gift to me from hubby, WOO HOO) and giving it to small children or passers by to take a picture of me is, um, nerve wracking.
But anyway, lately we have managed to get a few of me and kids and so in the spirit of that blog post I referenced above here they are:
